How can a stay order or for that metter any order of a court be kept secret? If you had yourself kept in touch with the developments, you would have come to know immediately.

Good move.
One properly informed employee is sufficient in the life time of high headed, adamant, and repressive, recalcitrant, offender management and employer.
Let them once again stand in the corridors and sit on the bench of court of law. Let their names be called to appear before court of law and let them in box ( Katghara) and let them go back to office and home and tell each one what happened to them.
They shall tell everyone or they shall hide? Different people have different character.
However those who are around watch and understand.
It is felt that you have resolve, perseverance, evidence to win the case and to prove the malafide at later stage.

The company has probably foreseen the expected outcome of the dispute being heard in CGIT and is afraid that based on merits the decision shall be in your favor and hence the writ. Can your services be transferred to Ahmedabad as per transfer mobility policy of the company? It is felt that as per your posts it can not be. Company is burdening you with litigation. However you should put in your best defense and should succeed in convincing the HC that proceedings at CGIT are not quashed and in getting a decision to let the proceeding at CGIT conclude .
