I am leaving in cooperative housing society, where goverment has undertaken 3 ULC Flat under ULC Act, we have prepared the conveyance deed ,in that we have shown 3 ULC Flat as unsold flat, but in conveyance deed it's shown in name of builder, now we are going for 712 extract which in name of builder and we want to replace his name and make 712 in our society name, now talthi office they ask some latest ULC letter for complete the process of 712 , and builder is not ready to give any documents , one of the officer of of govt department said that you have two hissa in your survey no but ulc letter is available for one hissa number and for another hissa there is no ulc record , so here I found very confusion is created , please suggest me regarding above
