In october 1999 the wife of my brother in law"s(My saala) filled a case u/s 498a in which she mention me and my wife also now it is 2016 and case is not decided though evidence from both sides have done cross examination are completed
but case is still pending due to judge on leave or steno on leave since 2 years by this or that reason but not from our side
Now I am retired person of 68 years both my daughter and son settelled in abroad we are feeling loneleness nor we allowed noc for visit abroad not the proceeding of case working what should I do for fast trial
I am also a physically challenged person
please suggest me
