I wanted to know whether my wife can take back 498a and DV against me now that CS has already been filed. I don't want her back in my life though.

If your wife is ready and willing to do so, she can, but ofcourse the same should be as per settlement terms filing otherwise for filing false case she can be on suo moto basis charges for filing fase case which is a criminal offence.

you will have to file her consent befoer eHigh court for seeking quashing of FIR.
