498a, dv etc after mcd??

Hi All,

Is there any possibility that, after MCD, wife can file 498a, dv etc cases on husband and his family.  Is it possible?

Can she file these cases claiming that, "harrasment happened before marriage and continuous and hence she filing the case"??

What are the ways to overcome it???

Plz plz plz plz guide me

While writing MCD Agreement add the following conditions also

No More Cases should be filed against you and your family.

No more money should ask apart from the said amount in the agreement.

Experts in LCI will suggest some more points while writing in MCD agreement

Many Thanks,

Shankar.

Dear Venki,

First clear the case...

Your MCD is under process or the divorce decree had been issued by court ?

Sir,

It is under the process. But there is missing clause - " Both Parties agrees not file any case against each other" in MCD.  But the same clause is present in Mediation report submitted in reply to Divorce notice by wife. No other cases are filed by her. After she gave divorce notice, i agreed in mediation center to give divorce without accepting/admitting the allegation she made. In mediation report this clause is present. But in 1st motion application, it is not.

So Plz plz plz suggest me.
