498a case in court

I am a student my brother wife booked 498a case in her home town I am leaving in Hostel from 10 the class to now my brother and his wife leaves in Bangalore my parents are leaving in guntakal police can't give any information to book case I am struggling about this case I have exams and project work can you help me

As you are living in hostel, the 498a case wont affect you, it will affect only accused.

I am Sreenivasulu from Maddikera
my brother got married his family
staying in Bangalore and my parents and me leaving in my home town Maddikera What happened there in Bangalore my brother wife file case 498a . we don't know perfect because of we don't have experience of any other cases. I want to discharge from this case we are asking to my lawyer he didn't support to us if any person available please help me case is in Ballary
