Hello,
I have my 498a first hearing. My brother A4 is in UK doing masters and he doesnt want to come here just to attend court dates. it will be big financial burden as well. All persons int the case got regular bail. My brother A4 has also regular bail which doesn't have any restrictions.
1. How to file exemption of appearance for my brother A4.
2. How to represent myself for my brother by taking some power of attorney so that brother need not come to india for the case.

1. How to file exemption of appearance for my brother A4.
File petition U/S 205 CrPC by showing his educational conditions to get permanent exemption.
2. How to represent myself for my brother by taking some power of attorney so that brother need not come to india for the case.
Just a signed VOKALATNAMA (Power of Council) is enough to represent anybody before the court of law.
