There was a 498a and domestic violence case on husband. On court order husband agrees to not demand any money and will keep wife with dignity nd love.But after 6 months passed the husband again started beating her.Earlier case was not withdrawn till now. Now what to do, should the wife approach to the court or file FIR in police station beccause husbasnd beaten her badly yesterday. Please suggest and what should do to resolve the problem.
