498a & transfer of judges

Dear Experts, My wife filed 498a against me (+3 relatives) and 125 crpc after that. I have proofs that her all allegations are false. I am already posted my case details where some suggested me to go for quashing or some suggested me to fight the case in lower court itself as my lawyer also suggested me. Sir i have some quaries: 1) will judge transfer cause any effect to case as 2 judges already got transferred in a year period. 2) how i can use my evidences (125 crpc or wait for 498a cross). Same allegations in both. but in 125 notice she has given details(date wise) I already given one copy of evidence and some photographs to my lawyer. Thanks to all for your valuble information.
