Hi,
my wife kept 498A 3&4 DP act againest me and my family, accually before marrige we loved each other and after that it was a erranged marriage.
In the case she kept that she given around 15 lakhs and gold but accually there is no money transaction but she kept falsh case on me, right away can i go to divorce.

You can very well go in for divorce on the grounds of cruelty, as these criminal complaints must have caused mental harassment to you, levelling false dowry allegations is cruelty in the eyes of law.
Since she has filed 498a etc - make necessary preperations to get bail too.

getting an anticipatory bail in this matter is the need of the hour. after securing your liberty you may explore other options.
