what is the meaning of " Notice of motion returnable ...... Notice Re: stay as well . 498a FIR agaist we(parents) and son who is in aborad. Fir quashed agaist the parents by High Court. Now appeal for quashing for son.

Can Police take the action against son after this court order? for the the last three years nothing has been done against our son by the police.

As high court has quashed FIR partially i.e quashed for parents, son named in FIR stands as accused, investigating officer will conduct enquiry and submit charged sheet or final report, will be sent in competent court.
