What is the 498A -DP Act convicted rate out of 100 cases in the Supreme court ? Please suggest me ? In My 498 A case charge sheet has been filled now(Feb -2014)and it hd been filed 2 years back and now it is in the lower court ,Now how many years i can drag this case till supreme court ? Please give me better plan to drag this 498A -DP Act case ? Could you please suggest me ?
