What about the cases that had bee filed in respect to adultery u/s ipc 497 and CrPc 198? do these cases will automatically abolished or respondent/ adulterer had to file application for the case to abolish?
Does court send something in black and white to inform parties that cases no more exist?
Being an adulterer what should one do now to quash FIR or to dismiss case file against him?
