Dear sir,
We herewith drawing your valued attention to the subject matter and the letter as issued from your office having Ref No :F4(13)/4146/SCLSC/2015/WB/4272 dt 6/05/2016( as enclosed in the attached files no 1).
And please be informed that as advised by your good self the matter was already been challenged in the calcutta high court vide case no CA593 of 2015 & the Honorable Expressed their views in their valued judgement dt 1/12/2015& 29/03/2016 ( copies are enclosed in the attached file no 2&3 ) respectively where advised the GOI-DHI to make the payment within 30 days. Even after that we people are not been paid a single paisa. Not only that it is more tragic that a Rs 200 crores Assets of TCIL is already been sold to HR Commercials of Delhi for only 12Crores( is really a Mystry ) who has already floated advertisement for Resale of TCIL Assets,( COpy of Et- New Delhi Is Enclosed for your kind perusal ) & we are still unpaid & starving for months after months ( despite the knowledge of PM & PI ) for retriving our fundamental right to livehood.
Please help us by taking appropriate action so that our children can Continue their education & please save our lives.
