354a

Hello I was arrested on false 354a case and now i am moving to High Court for quashing of FIR, so my question,  is it required to attend both the party (Accused is me and Victim is the lady who register the false complaint)  on the high court on each and every hearing? because i dont want to compromise this case because i have not made any mistakes and i am innocent.

Another question
Victim required to hire a lawyer when the case is moving to high court?

Petitioner need not to appear before court on every hearing unless ordered by the court.
