What is 32G law of lands in Maharashtra ? Can we buy or sell such lands ? I have taken 4000 sq feet land in Satara district , Maharashtra but done only registered agreement for 99 years as this land comes under 32G Law, Can anyone give me challage on this ?

There is so many laws for ag land and NA land yes it cannot be challanged if bought proper way. 99years agreement may challange may cancle. what is your exact query? write me to help on mail: mvsankhe@rediffmail.com
