2 years child care leave in central govt without substitute


In central govt  CCL for 2 years is given to women employees with any "child"( of first two births)

till it is 18 yrs old. Already heavy shortage of staff. No staff in rly counters. No substitute is given. The work load is laden on others.At the age of 18 the so called child may have born its child.The exchequer money is wasyed thus for no service.If a man comes late by 5 minutes he can be punished.No such leave to men or to those who has" child" above 18 yrs.The fundamental rights are violated.Poor unemployed women laily labourers suffer in our country. But most of the women are double employed i.e. their husbands are also employed.After maternity leave which is justified  tnis leave  or authorised absence with full pay is marring service to public with loss to govt and double load on sincere workers

Actually it is a loss to nation. No GDP can raise. This is unconstitutional and against fundamental right of equality.If case filed  ccl will be abolished or given to men also with spoiling of economy and service
