2 inteqals one of previous and other of last will at same time

will was made by my father ..after his death i went to court for inteqal of the will....later when i checked two inteqals one of previous will and one of last will were done at the same time due to negligence of ptwari..so I applied for an appeal in the court to cancel the inteqal of previous will and update inteqal of latest will..whereas its been 3yrs and our appeal has been converted to case no rslts have been placed yet
