144(2) crpc

Dear Experts,

How many times my neighbour can ontain, 144(2) crpc on my property. They already obtained for 2 times on same property. Can they obtain it for numerous times?

My next query, I showed all the supporting docs to police to evoke u/s 144(5) but police not sending the report to magistrate and when I directly approached to magistrate, he's saying, though he keeps all docs as "kept in record" but he needs police report to give order u/s 144(5). What should I do now?

You have not discussed the actual problem which is important  if you require proper opinion to move forward to get solution to your problems.

Simply mentioning the sections of law will not make any expert to understand your problem.

I bought a property and I've the registered purchase deed too. After the demise of seller, his legal heir claiming it. I showed the paper but they are not ready to accept it and got 144(2) from court saying I'm illegal owner.
