my father write a WILL of one flat in my favor but he write also one condition when i will sell this flat i ask my brother and, i can not sell this flat without my brother permission.
it is write condition ?
if it is write condition what is the processes of sell this flat.

Yes, It is Write condition.
with the permission of the brother

if brother don't give permission and don,t take self above flat than what is processes of sell.

You can file letter of administration in which you can mention the same to which court may give u order to sale. U have to give notice to ur bother for the same. If he refused u can sale the same.
