i m brahmin and my elder brother wants to marry with thakur girl he has done marriage in arya samaj mandir my parents did'nt know about that and they are not intrested in this marriage bt girls parents are agree is their is any legal procedure to stop them it;s urjent please help immedialtly

If they are of marriagable age and consented to marry each other there is nothing in law which can stop them until and unless your brother is already married.

If both the boy and girl are of legal age viz 21 and 18 yrs respectively then there is no legal way to obstruct the marriage.

Dear Hemant.

You cannot stop them from getting married if the female is about 18yrs of her age and male is abt 21yrs. They have right to get married out of their own wish and will unless and untill if either of one party is of unsound mind or lunatic.

Mr. Hemant, Encourage inter caste marriages. Do not try to null the marriage. If they are majors any one can get marriage. Help them.
