the time limit is six months. give proper instructions to your counsel to urge matter to come to end and speed up the case.
DEFENSE ADVOCATE.-firmaction@g (Expert) 24 January 2011
It depends on the skills of the accused advocate.
N.K.Assumi (Expert) 24 January 2011
Six months limitation is only a piece of decoration to make it readable in the Statue book. It may even last for years and years as stated by my friend SKJ Advocate. Regarding skills of the advocate, as pointed out by my friend Shahshi, is known well to you.
pritamsaini (Expert) 24 January 2011

we could not say limit of time. within sixmonths that type cases to comes end. but, sometmes it depends your posititon, your advocates position, otherside position, the courts workload and its workng times (i.e. staff leave, boicott special holidays, etc)
Sri Vijayan.A (Expert) 27 January 2011
Yes it depends on facts, skill of advocates, etc.
PS: Mr.Shashi, you have said "It depends on the skills of the accused advocate." Is it right, accused advocate?
