sir ,
i am from shimoga district , i have invented one machine , i want to register this against copying this by some others here,
now what should i do , under which act i should register ,
what are the procedures i need to follow
what are the documents it requres to register ,
please help me

You have to keep the matter confidential. You should not at this stage disclose to anyone about your invention. Any prior disclosure to any one / demonstration / display / making available for use by any one, will render your invention completely unprotectable. In that case you will loose your valuable rights. So, you have to get in touch with some good Law Firm/Lawyer dealing in Intellectual Property rights at the earliest and act according to their advice.
