Regarding money recovery act case

Hi,

I have filed one recovery act case on a person who is supposed to give money. case is running and reaching final stages. As per my lawyer we will get favorable judgement.

But my lawyer is saying it will be difficult to recover money even after judgement . we should be knowing about the defendants property etc.

But how to get those details. I know that person from long time but having no idea about his properties. I am having his Aadhar card xerox and pan card details.

Pls guide me.

you are a lawyer ?

my lawyer has told me that if we get his property details we have to go for attachment. Ofcourse I dont know much about what is that attachment and all.

you lawyers must be knowing about it.

by the way how to get his property details etc ? any clue ?

I am not a lawyer. Movable property like salary either government or Private, FDs, govt. securities, etc. can be attached under Cr. PC.

Sir, how to get those property details is my question. I am having his aadhar and pan card numbers.

I dont know about his property details . how to get them. Pls guide.

through EC. Get an EC from the Registrar's Office if you know at least the Survey number of the property.
