Query on high court judgement

(Querist) 28 February 2016 This query is : Resolved
Sir, I want to know whether a High Court of one state should give judgement in line with the judgement given by a High Court of another state on a similar type of case when the earliest judgement is referred to the judge by the lawyer?? (I request Sri P S Dhingra not to reply Please..)

A judgment given by one high court is not binding on other high court. Even a judge from the same high court is not bond to adopt the said judgment. But the principles laid down in one judgment can be persuasive for applying mind by the court.
