Petrol pump dealership & income disputes

(Querist) 14 September 2013 This query is : Resolved
Hello Sir,
This is Souvik Sen from kolkata.
My grandfather Mr. Nitai charan Sen got HPCL petrol pump dealership in the year 1958. At that time he added his 3 sons & 3 daughters & his three unmarried brothers & his spouse as dependent. Then in the year 1979 when my grandfather was at the last stage of his life he started the process of handover the dealerships to his sons.
His three sons are Mr. Samar Sen, Mr. Amar Sen (My father) & Mr. Alok Sen.
Our family has decided to handover the dealership in the name of Alok Sen, but everybody should get his share from the income of the petrol pump. Follwed by this discussion my father & one of my uncle signed in the NOC of dealership paper beacause "dealership can not be given in the name of two persons".Otherwise this dealership will not be continued in the sen family. Because this is our family business & my father Mr. Amar Sen & one of my uncle Mr. Samar Sen was totally unemployed at that time. Our family was totally depending on the income from the petrol pump.
But the part of "Having equal rights for everyone from the income of the petrol pump" was not written anywhere. My grandfather told it verbally to everybody.
Now, my father Mr. Amar Sen had never got anything from the pump after 1980. He remained unemployed throughout his life.

Now my query is can i demand my father's share from the income of the petrol pump for the last 33 yrs. ? I don;t have any such paper or document with me at this point of time. Also suggest me the way to get the documents from uncle ..
Waiting for your valuable response.
