permenent injuct against settlement deed

sir,

My, grandfather has given me 17 cents farm land by settlement deed on the year 2007.The land was brought on his own money.Till three years it was cultivated by me. but now he and his son for me (father inlaw) was threatening me andalso rude me with rowdys. my grandfather has three sons and one daughter and my father was elder son of my grandfather. so now i was filled a suit against them. so tell me it is quit possible for getting permanent injunction .The case will be in favor of me or not.

was it a written settlement deed or oral..well in case possession is with you it would be easier for you to get permanent injunction....

Sir,

It was written settlement deed .I have also changed all the possesion in my name like, patta , sitta, taxes, i have produces it as a documentry evidence in the court.
and one thing is my grand father is alive.
how many vaida it will take me for get permenent injuct what is the procedures they will do kindly explain me .

If you plead your case properly mean, on the first hearing itself you can get interim injunction from them to be without disturbing your peaceful possession and enjoyment.. Then suit wil be contest.. Finally then court will decide that the permanent injunction may be granted or interim injunction to be vacated.. Thats depends upon about your favour documents and evidences..
