If the car parking owner covers/closes the common duct area for his own purposes without society's permission, can we file a complaint against that flat owner? The first thing. Is it valid to allot car parking under the common duct area? The town planning office has provided a parking-sanctioned plan That parking is not shown on the plan.

Using an unauthorised place towards parking is illegal.
o doubt the parking space cannot be sold, however in this situation, the user can choose the parking space allotted in the space for parking and cannot park his vehicle choosing his own place without consent or permission of the society

Is it valid to allot car parking under the common duct area? If the town planning office has provided a parking-sanctioned plan, that parking has not been shown on the parking plan.
