Opinion of forensic science laboratory

sir,
i want to know all your's valuable opinion on the matter below,
1) can public directly take the opinion of forensic science laboratory, Bangalore, regarding the HAND WRITING and SIGNATURE verification on some documents in question ?
2) if yes, what is the procedure to be followed ?
3) if the documents was tested in private lab, the forensic experts opinion u/s 45 of the indian evidence act, on questened documents on hand writing and signature , will the court treat the opinion of private lab on par with forensic science laboratory, Bangalore

Yes, You can take opinion from Private Handwriting Expert and then file it in court, its having equivalent value in court.

You can also submit request for opinion in Govt. Lab though Court or Police only.
