Non compliance on IO/SHO?

Dear Forum Members,

Can we take cognizance on IO/SHO[POLICE] for Non compliance of Supreme Court implementation Regarding DOWRY Proofs - Civil Petition 499/1997

No.....we can not take any cognizance . It is only the court concern who passed the order or direction and IO/SHO denied to implement or execute . For this you have to file a contempt application before the same court who passed that order .That court will take action and issue notice .

Have u filed application for the certified copy? If not, file it now and after u get the cert. copy of the order u amy file the contempt of court application. in the meanwhile issue notice to the opposite party demanding compliance with the court orders. If he fails, take further action as above.
