need a urgent reply
The party has give me a cheque amount of Rs 50000/- ( as a consideration for the work done by me)which is got dishonored. When i tried to approached the person,came to know that he has changed his address and and he is not picking up my phone calls , please suggest me what to do

immediately send the notice and file the case. if you dont know new address then send earlier address. and file a case. you first engage a lawyer.

You should send him a legal notice of 15 days drafted by any advocate at the both address or his last residing with in 30 days of dishonored of cheque. If he do not pay with in prescribe period u can file a complaint againt him u/s 138 and 142 of ni act.
