Dear sir I have did speed post then pf office sent my doc by general post then it's lost .....I haven't got it till today......What legal action can be taken so it will not happen again with common men.

You can ask again to send the claim form. You can ask for settlement detials through RTI. You can represent in grievance day meeting. You should be more worried about settlement of your PF account as they have built in system of sending in a safe way as per procedure.

The document sent by by speed post has been supplied to EPFO?
Hope you have the tracking report, acknowledgment,POD.

Who stated that some communication was sent to you by ordinary post and is it verbal or in writing?

What was sent by you by speed post?
What is claimed as sent to you by ordinary speed post?
