Legal effect of mediation settlement

Dear Sir,

A suit was settled in the Mediation and Suit was dismissed as withdrawn in view of the mediation settlement.

Now Parties are breaching the terms of the Mediation settlement....

What is legal effect and remedy to other party.

If the suit was settled in mediation why you have not got the Decree of Settlement/Compromise under Order 23 of CPC?

What was the nature of suit & terms of settlement? Information provided is very short.
