Dear Friends, Limitation Act Applicable in every court, but in other act if give a special provision for Limitation then not apply

You are correct, if specific provision regarding limitation are available in a particular Act, in that event the provisions of that particular Act shall prevail over the provisions of Limitation Act in the matter of limitation.

Yes, if there is a specific provision regarding limitation in a act then the limitation act shall not prevail. take the example in case of dishonour of cheque. the time for issue notice is 30 days after intimation of dishonour of cheque.
