Enrolment with bar council

Sir
This is further query regarding "Enrolment with bar council".
Earlier an answer has been given by Mr. A.V. Vishal.
I want to ask Mr. Vishal that are their any chances of Bar Council rejecting the application. If it is so than how many persent. If any case law is sited than that will be of additional help.

Firstly I feel that your fear is unfounded that the application might be rejected, further If your friend has really closed the business there is no fear as such he is eligible for enrollment, however, your friend will require to give an affidavit stating the facts.

He fears that the bar council may say that u were proprietor of the business and even after taking admision the business kept on continuing on your name for so much time 6 - 7 months) despite the fact that this is not allowed as per rules.
He is worried about the same.I request you to guide us in detail. we will be grateful to you.

Bar Council shall verify whether the applicant is carrying any business at the time of enrollment and the competency of the degree to practice as lawyer.
