I have shop at subzi mandi clock tower delhi-110007.

My very next neighbour owing a shop (which is a custodian property) wants to sell his shop.

Can I purchase that shop?

Which papers should I get from him.

you can

delhi property mostly under lease from DDA

whatever paper you got for your property will be similar to his.

you must take his property acquisition papers from the beginning
if he is not first owner, all original sale deeds from first owner till his purchase deed

and also a sale deed, tax payment papers, no encumbrance must be obtained from sub-registrar office on his shop to ensure it is unencumbered
