pl. any one can provide me a citation/detail of judgment of supreme court that a F.I.R. can be lodge form any police station.
it is very very urgent.

It could have been a suggestion to the Executive system as the victim can e-file complaint on Police websites !

Refusal to lodge FIR on the ground that concerned police station has no jurisdiction- amounts dereliction of duty- Proper course is to record FIR and forward to police station having jurisdiction- SC- Cr.L.J.-1993-Page-3684A
