sir my question is what are the grounds of stay of execution of decree?

can file appeal in appellate court and can obtain stay of execution of order.

Can apply in same Court stating that you are preferring appeal and stay of execution must be granted till the copy of judgment is made ready

Grounds that can stay execution of decree are:

1. Satisfaction of decree
2. Decree defective and no in accordance with law. (to be challenged)
3. Decree not applicable or executable against the JDR.
