SHareholding by Promoters

Dear Sir,

Need your help in this regard.

I wanted to know that whether there is any minimum floor limit prescribed for shareholding of promoters/promoter group in listed company, which must be held at all the time by Promoters.

to the best of my knowledge,there are no such minimum floor limit prescribed for promoters in listed company.

if you go through the share holding pattern of promoters,there are cases as low as 1% in some companies.
