If the father has 2 wifes and 1 dead (has 1 son) - 1 alive (has 2 children - 1 male and 1 female).

If father has made the entire property in the name of the 2nd wife.

Does 1st wife son and 2nd wife daughter gets the property share by succession.

Your query is vague. You have not spelt out whether the father is alive or not. Also, it has not been made clear how the property is given by the father to his seconde wife.

Presuming that the father is not alive and he has bequeathed the property by way of will in favour of the second wife, it can be said that if the property is self acquired property then the son from first wife or daughter from second wife cannot claim any share.

Father is alive and all property in transfer to his 2nd wife..
Can 2nd wife daugther can claim share in property..

father has gifted property to 2n dwife only. after 2nd wife death all legal heirs of the person gets right. If 2nd wife during life time gifted away to any person then thet person is owner.
