how much time to get stay order

I have a open plot where other x person is trying 2 construct so how much time it takes to get stay order from court.

well, it depends upon the kind of pleading you present and the kind of documents you rely upon....your pleadings and documents shall make out a prima facie case in your favour.

the court may grant instant stay or may first serve notice upon the defendant.

As advised by Mr. Kiran it depends upon your pleadings and documents, temporary injunction if applied, may be granted within two or three days or it may take time.
