after completion of LL.B. you will have to enroll your name to the state bar council and after that to the local bar association. No experience is required to attend the munsiff exam. When applications will be called you will have to apply along with bar association certificate to show that you are member of the bar association since..... your application should be accompanied with the state bar council sanad.

1- You can try for civil judge junior division ( Judicial magistrate first class). for which in some state illegibility is that candidate must be enrolled in state bar council and in some states some years practice is necessary, in some states there is no condition and only Ll.B pass out can apply.

2- After 7 years practice as an advocate you can apply for Higher judicial services ( Additional District Judge)

3- After long and reputated standing in practice you may be selected as a judge of high court.

Let the author gain the professional expertise to gear up for higher ambitions as Judge of any class has got to be first a good advocate

Mr.Parthasarathi sir, a judge can get knowledge even after he becomes so. From the morning till evening, a judge shall look into several acts, trials, arguments and hence a judge need not be a good advocate first. The querist shall take into consideration your comments as well as my comments. His wish to become a judge is good. But he should remember always that the justice is not the property of a judge. He should always be a fair judge!
