Any WILL executed by the deceased has no limitation. However the fact that the will is opened only during 2010 can be apprised and legally documented.

Any will becomes operative and enforceable only upon the death of the person executing such will and unless and until the executant dies, a will is not enforceable. No limitation period has been prescribed under any legal provision limiting the validity period of a will.
