what is the maximum limitation for disclose the judgment.

If not deliver the judgment in reasonable time, what is the remedy for petitioner

and also No interim orders are passed by court ?

There is no maximum time prescribed.
It is only reasonable time.

If not delivered, you can remind the court by mentioning or file an interim application to list the matter.
