My father died 7 months ago, and a month ago we did 'hakka sod' of my sisters and monther to make our home on my name but now my sisters made a case against me that i did misguided them to do signature as saying i m doing home on namd of my mother but i dint did that my mother is with me but sister filed case, but i have hakka sod patra with my name, should i worry?

They filed case as my mother and 1 sister know home is going to be on my name but 1 sister didn't know, while both were aware of it and case is now 1 sister2 vs me, mother, 1 sister1 and sister1 is agreeing case that i did fraud but i m innocent what should i do

Dear anonymous queriest, why anonymous? Is Hakka sod patra executed by your mother and your siblings in your favour and the is the same registered? After your father's death, all the legal heirs, (you, your mother and your siblings) have equal rights over that property. so convince your sister in amicable way to withdraw the case and to execute release deed your share or give her share in the property.
