if a husband comments on the character of his wife with his neighbors and imputes her moral character and while wife was entering and leaving the house she was to subject to comments also by neighbors . the wife is a well educated she earns 25 lakhs year . can wife sue the husband for defamation . can this be a ground for divorce. can she also sue the neighbors for insulting her

The query seems to be a hypothetical. If it is really true the wife shall consult local advocate having knowledge in the field and file case if necessary.
