Gift deed

What is the nature of gift deed given by paternal brother's family to all sons of his brother, where they are not having children.will it become separate property of sons or joint huf of sons. Other thing is properties got through gift deed they pooled it up and partitioned themselves so that each received different properties of gift ded. Gift deed given in year 1914.

Usually no reply will be given to an anonymous query. you have not posted full facts. the property given by Gift deed in the year 1914 i.e. nearly 105 years. It seems to be hypothetical.
