Max. amount to be paid in 24 HMA

Plz. tell me the max. amount which can be granted to the petitioner, as if I have displayed my salary is Rs. 4000/- per month.

It is left to the discretion of the court. In all probabilities you may have to pay one third of your take home pay.

Yes it is dicretion eft upon the Court to decide house maintenance allowance to be granted and to be paid by the petitioner.

You are telling for one-third amount to be paid, but sometimes I have heard for 50% of the salary.

Pl. tell me according to law, what will the max. amount one have to pay as per my salary of Rs. 4000/-
