Dear All,

This Syed Ghouse, my wife not staying with me from past 5 Months, and iam having 1 kid 2.6 years, she register a complaint in Women's police, regarding Domistic Violence against me and my family Member's, after 2 months know she asking Kula through Qazi. And iam willing to give kula, already so many time explain this is not issue to shortcut our problem. Can I do 2nd marriage, without knowing her. Plz suggest me

When Domestic Violence Case is already in Progress and Kula matters are also being dealt by Qa-di at this stage if you conduct a second marriage with out legal divorce you would land your self in more trouble legally.

Better wait for Divorce to be granted to be safe legally.

Thanks sir, from last 2 months counselling is going on, incomplaint she mention so and so problem her facing. In this 2 months we discuss with women's police Counselling Maam only 1 time only.

These sort of delays are common in Family Matters.. The Family Courts would take the maximum efforts to get the family united only. Unless your divorce is applied on Mutual Consent your Divorce will not be so easy.
