Termination without reason

1. we are ex contract employee of sbi and worked for two years. They have terminate us without assigning any reason and also it is not mentioned in my termination letter. In our service rule it is mentioned that they can terminate our service by giving three months notice or salary, but they cannot done in our case, but in Lucknow circle of sbi they terminate our colleague by giving termination reason on their termination and also three months notice.
2. Also they can renew contract of our colleague in Chandigarh circle, but not ours
3.Also when my colleague file court case, they have given termination reason that you have not archived 60 % target, but that reason is not mentioned in our termination letter.
4. Also that 60% condition is not mentioned in our service rule and they have not intimate us about during our service of 2 years. So want to know that our termination is legal or illegal.

Is Mr. Doab is really an expert? At first he refused to reply stating AQ (Anonymous query). He asked for posting with your ID. When you posted with your ID, he had objection, about posting "same query" and still not suggested you any reasonable solution. God knows, what exactly he expected from you!

Then he tried to mislead you to the greatest extent by suggesting you to follow a never ending senseless gigantic path to follow, like,
"Approach a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Labor/service matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..and show the documents/evidence for a considered opinion..and become properly informed.At each location three are some counsels that specialize in such matters and they are well known.Check for such counsels at LOCAL Labor court/CGIT, CAT, School-Educational Tribunal, Civil courts, HC, SC."

Certainly, you will end up life by striking your head on every pillar to post in following the route suggested senselessly by him, but wold never find any solution, EVEN BY SPENDING ALL OF YOUR RESOURCES THROUGHOUT YOUR LIFE..

Not only that, when he suggested you to approach a very able senior local counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in labour/service matters, he himself has admitted that he is not a senior counsel, he does not have unshakable repute and integrity, he is not specialized in labour/service matters, he is not well versed with latest citations, he is not aware of applicable rules, etc.

Further, when he did not have any specific solution to suggest you, but knew that there are some counsels that specialize in such matters, why he failed to suggest even a single one to you to approach him to suggest you some specific solution to your problem?

Not only that, when he has advised you to approach some senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity, what was the logic in advising you to "check for such counsels at LOCAL Labor court/CGIT, CAT, School-Educational Tribunal, Civil courts, HC, SC." A PERTNENT QUESTION ARISES, CAN YOU FIND SUPREME COURT AT YOUR OWN PLACE?.

Since the site is dominated by some senseless quacks like him, no sensible real expert prefers to post his advice. Not only in your case, in all other cases also, he preferred to post his the most profusely misleading advice.
